Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, we have a 7 day exchange policy upon receipt of order subject to the following terms and conditions:-

1. Item must be in its original purchase condition with packaging unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
2. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set.
3. This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

Please email us at support@evapurity.com with your order number and information for returns. The returned items must meet the above requirements.

At Eva Purity, the products that we carry are specially designed. The ingredients of the products are listed on the website to help you identify any sensitiveness that you may develop towards certain ingredients. If you experience any allergic reaction, please email us at info@evapurity.com with detailed description of the scenario and photograph within 7 days from date of receipt. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that had caused the allergic reactions.
